Directions for use:
Grease Traps
For a typical 1,000 gallon trap with 2 to 4 inches of grease on top, break up the crustation with a hoe or stick. Prepare a "shock treatment" by slowly adding 10 - 13 lb. of INVIRO-ZIDETM to a 5 or 6 gallon bucket of warm water. Stir mixture until it is all dissolved. Shock the trap by pouring this slurry directly into the trap and replacing the cover. Inflow and outflow cleanouts beside the trap may also be treated with 1/2 cup of dissolved product. During the first month after shocking, add 1/2 cup of dissolved product to sink and floor drains twice a week to liquefy all grease in lines. After the first month, treatment may be reduced to once per week as a last task at the end of the week to maintain clean lines and to trickle new cultures to the trap. Note that if a grease trap has a vast accumulation of firm flotation, probing at 6 inches or more, such grease should be pumped out before shocking for the program to be cost effective.
Sewage System and Lines
For an average system add 1 cup product per 1,000 gallon capacity initially and then maintain with 1/2 cup each month. Easy to add by flushing down toilet bowls. INVIRO-ZIDETM is the modern method of cleaning clogged septic tanks, grease traps, cesspools and sewage disposal systems. Product is designed to quickly digest solid organic waste.

RED FLOATTM
|
Cleans, degreases and reduces odor. As raw sewage flows into a lift station to await pumping to a treatment facility, accumulations of sewage, grease, oils, fatty acids and calcium and magnesium soaps form deposits on the walls and equipment. These deposits reduce the volume capacity and effectiveness of the wet well and emit offensive odors. To restore the lift station to optimum efficiency, the accumulation of debris must be substantially reduced or removed. RED FLOATTM is formulated to be a fast-breaking emulsifier, possessing degreasing and detergent properties which effortlessly clean the vertical surfaces of the stations as the water level rises and falls. A secondary benefit of this unique product is its ability to seal off offensive odors which otherwise emanate from the lift station.
|
Directions for use:
Add RED FLOATTM directly to the lift station until an ideal layer of 8 to 12 inches is floating on the surface. This initial treatment should remain effective for two to four months, depending on system demands.
|
CAUTION: Product is flammable. DO NOT USE OR STORE NEAR HEAT OR OPEN FLAME. Use with protective gear as labeled, and do not enter confined spaces or low areas where product is present without proper self-contained breathing apparatus.

SACK-AWAYTM
|
ContinuousFlow (Enzymes) Maintainer, in an Innovative New Dispersal Design.
Pure powdered enzyme is packaged inside a bleached white muslin sack, closed with a sewn-in knotted drawstring, and mounted with a 20-foot heavy-duty drop cord and bulldog clip. SACK-AWAYTM is an easy and convenient way to reduce clogging and pumping. The product is Salmonella-free. Case packed with 3-lb sack units for average size applications or 15-lb units for treating larger volumes.
|
Directions for use:
Attach cord to sack and lower into lift station, manhole or greasetrap. Tie off at top side so that sack is below the water level. Activated by the water, the cultures will begin to escape steadily from pores in the sack to digest organic waste. Raise the bag periodically and inspect. When empty, switch the clip to a new bag and lower back into place.
